The International Mentoring Association (IMA) is always seeking to establish short and long-term strategic partnerships and alliances with other organizations that have similar or partially overlapping strategic goals in common with the IMA.
Potential partners believe mentoring is a positive force for human development and are seeking in some geographic place, industry niche, or segment of people to support the use of effective mentoring programs and practices. The benefit of such partnerships is that we can do more together than we can separately, by carefully planning our joint efforts and aligning our resources and time to focus on the area of commonality.
If you represent another organization, agency, company, or professional association that is, at least in part of its work, interested in mentoring, contact IMA now to discuss ways that we can collaborate.
The expertise of the IMA can help you more effectively achieve your goals for your organization through mentoring and for your members or employees.
Through IMA, your members are provided an additional level of expertise beyond what you can provide yourself. They will value the power of the expert mentoring support and guidance IMA provides.
The IMA has been involved in numerous strategic alliances over the years. One notable example was a BP Oil and IMA co-sponsored International Mentoring Conference in Singapore.
What is it that your organization needs that IMA might provide? Consider how much more we can accomplish by working togerher.
